To ensure customers continue to enjoy decades of reliable performance from our high-quality parking systems, our experienced support team can carry out a complete range of services, from annual routine system maintenance to the complete refurbishment of an existing system.
Service
Our nationwide team of UK based engineers are experts in mechanical and automated parking systems, with over 30 years’ experience. Working closely with our Wohr colleagues in Germany, our engineers receive regular training on the latest system developments and use only OEM parts to maintain, repair or rebuild our systems to ensure their longevity.
Service Contracts
We offer two levels of service contract to suit the needs of each customer and their specific project. These are:

Standard Service Agreement
This annual maintenance contract is available for all our installed parking systems and consists of regular pre-planned visits for care of the parking system. The maintenance care covers a list of necessary factory-prescribed maintenance elements to fully ensure your parking system is working safely and to its optimum. A full condition report is issued at each visit. Other services, such as pit cleaning and platform maintenance, can be added to suit clients’ needs.

Comprehensive Service Agreement
An extended annual maintenance contract is available for all our installed parking systems. In addition to the Standard Service Agreement the Comprehensive Agreement also includes (subject to terms) any costs for breakdown call-out, inclusive of labour and parts. This allows building managers to have a fixed cost without any risk to them.
System Refurbishment
To address the problem of platform surface corrosion, which can occur after long periods of exposure to road salt, we offer a complete refurbishment service for our systems’ platforms, significantly extending their service life.
