This prestigious 402 apartment development is located in the shadow of Tower Bridge and features nine separate blocks. Our brief was to provide a stylish, reliable and efficient parking system that would maximise the available parking floor area and add value to the development. Working closely with the design team, we developed a layout which featured four areas of parking using our Combilift semi-automatic 542 parking system, providing 85 safe and secure parking spaces in total.
The 17 Combilift systems were each supplied in a polyester powder coated finish to the architect’s specification and feature toughened glass doors with aluminium frames and aluminium platforms. For additional security, each user has a transponder in their vehicle which interfaces with both a UHF reader at the entry gate and RFID interface panels on the system itself.
