Hidden MOB car lift for 19 basement parking spaces
With parking under the apartment block, a clever design incorporated our MOB hidden lift in the rear courtyard of the building. This meant that a ramp (which at first was thought would not be needed) and the large gradient from street access level could be accommodated – all with a lift hidden into the landscaping. The result is a clean aesthetically pleasing area.
