The refurbishment of the building created 123 high-specification apartments, with the developer turning to Wohr to design and deliver an optimum parking solution. Our design team faced a unique challenge, having to design the system whilst preserving the building’s original façade in an area just 10 metres wide and 18 metres long. Our solution provides 84 spaces on 10 levels (21 metres high), with the entrance transfer area in the inner courtyardreached from the rear of the building complex.
